Whether training and competing is your primary focus, or work and family take priority and you need a program that fits seamlessly into your busy life. I create flexible solutions that adapt to your reality. This includes accommodating variable schedules like professional and family commitments, ensuring your training program works with your life, not against it.
Regular Testing
Frequent testing makes sure that we're moving in the right direction towards your goals. Everyone has unique responses to different types of training. Testing and monitoring regularly means that we can quickly identify what's working best for your body and make adjustments often. This personalised approach keeps you progressing steadily while preventing plateaus and reducing injury risk.
Feedback
Effective coaching relies on open, two-way communication. I want to hear how you're feeling about my programming - whether it's too challenging, too easy, or just right for you. In return, you can expect honest, constructive feedback from me about your progress and performance. Each training session will include an explanation of its specific purpose and what you can expect to feel during the workout. This approach intends to deepen your understanding of the training process, why you're doing what you're doing, and helps you get the most out of every session.
What equipment do I need?
Extra training equipment can be a valuable tool but isn't essential for success. While tools like a power meter for cycling, GPS watch with multisport features, or smart trainer can provide detailed insights into your progress across all three disciplines, you can achieve excellent results without them. As we work together, I'll recommend specific training and race equipment based on your goals and help you prioritise what will give you the biggest value for your investment.
