About Me

My love for endurance sport all started with cycling at the ripe young age of 13. What began as a teenage passion evolved into racing for multiple teams as a semi-professional cyclist, where I won several national championships and learned what it takes to compete at the highest levels.

At 24, a debilitating disc injury taught me invaluable lessons about respecting setbacks both physical and psychological and the patience required for recovery. After months of rehabilitation, I decided to run the Adelaide Marathon on a whim. The physical and mental challenge was vastly different from cycling, I was instantly hooked on this new frontier of endurance sport and where else it could take me.

For the next eight years, I became my own coach, diving deep into both personal experience and sports science research. This journey of self-discovery led me through marathons, trail ultramarathons and numerous triathlons - placing 39th at the Half Ironman World Championship in 2017 and 2nd in my age group at Ironman Australia in 2024.

Despite these achievements, I'm still your everyday person juggling a full-time job, family, friends, and training. I intimately understand the challenge of pursuing extraordinary goals while maintaining life balance, something that drives my coaching philosophy today. My approach centres around being contactable, flexible, and adaptable in my programming. Life is busy, priorities shift, and as your coach, I'm there to work with you through it all.

This coaching journey is the natural evolution of everything I've learned from triumph and setback. Whether you're dreaming of your first finish line or chasing a personal best, I'm here to provide the framework, guidance, and unwavering support to help you achieve your biggest goals yet and just maybe things you didn't think possible.
